Shadow Dance Sessions

Your shadow holds the reflection of your light.

What is your shadow? It is the places you still seek freedom; the triggers that make you question your sovereignty and brilliance. These are the primary paths to your wholeness, your gifts to the world, and your love.

Your shadows are shaped by the experiences that have defined you as not enough, the parts of the self that hold shame, the ones you work hard to avoid, master, or let go of with positive self-talk and change. It comes from trauma, ancestral pain, and collective suffering.

You are gifted, tapped in, you’ve been in therapy, trained in reiki, and done the retreats…but there it is again; the cycles that feel sticky.

Shadow work seizes the moment in order to bring light to the wounds we carry and bring resolution to the original source of pain. It’s uncomfortable and requires courage and determination. It cannot be worked through with contemplation, journal prompts, or affirmations alone. It requires safety and support from people who have faced their own nightmares and shame.

You’ll know when your ready for shadow work when you’ve decided you are DONE with the patterns that keep you stuck. You will feel nudged, called, and drawn by the resonance of this work.

I guide people in order to help them connect to their power, listen to their bodies, and learn how to show up with love, kindness, and compassion for the disempowered self.

Shadow Dance sessions are the deepest portal of healing I offer to rediscover who you are , embody your medicine gifts, and live an empowered life.

Integration unfolds with time and intentionality. It’s a reflective process of unpacking the non-ordinary experiences from your psychedelic journey into the ordinary, everyday way of being. You have received insight, experienced heightened spiritual sensitivity, and opened up to realms beyond. You have been shown a path, it’s up to you to follow the path you have been shown and walk it in your every day life.

Psychedelics cannot do the work for you and they’re not a magic solution. Continuing the journey through integration is essential to the change you are seeking.

Psychedelic Preparation Sessions: Gain clarity for your intentions, learn grounding techniques, process pre-journey anxiety, engage in practices that create neuroplasticity, and move you from head to heart to prepare you for your psychedelic healing journey.

Integration Sessions: Integration is essential to sustaining and embodying your experience in expanded states of consciousness. Make sense of your enhanced experience, learn gentle practices for expanded states of consciousness in a sober state, address shadow work/ repressed pain, build your spiritual resources, and receive clarity and support in taking small actionable steps for sustainable change.

5-6 sessions, determined by how many prepatory sessions are requested.

Ancestral Healing for Your Personal Liberation.

Reclaim your body and health, your sense of safety and trust, your gifts and your authentic power. Together we will explore the patterns you’re invited to heal that are ages old. We will journey to ancestral lands, create rituals for connecting to your radiant and well ancestors for guidance and energetic support, restore your seat of power in order to heal burdens your family line carries. Together we will transmute the distortions anchored in the bloodline— spiritual and biological—that are manifesting through you.

Blessing Ceremonies, Retreats & Private Events

A Blessing Ceremony is an intentiontal pause to acknowledge, witness, and reflect the qualities within that have come to light. It’s an opportunity to celebrate and co-create with intentional vibrations for what you love and what you dream of.

This service is a 90 minute- 2 hour shared experience.

Ceremonies will include an intuited combination of the following energy aligning services:

Meditation
Sound bowl infusion
Personal affirmation
Land and space offerings— nature art, altars, etc.
Reflective prompts
Group engagement

$375-$500 per hour, based on group size. Travel fees are determined by location and will be paid in addition to hourly rate.
